Vtg Metal Clothing Store Stamp Sign Advertising Retro Fashion School Teachers

Vintage metal stamp;
found in an old clothing store with other advertising items, so maybe used for clothing advertising purposes.  It features what appears to be 3 teachers and a schoolhouse, and the bottom appears to be signed "Trorabaugh" (maybe the artist); edges are rather sharp so it should be handled with care
measures about 8.5" tall and a little over 12.5" wide (dollar bill shown in photo for size comparison only)
Vintage, pre-owned, used condition with some surface wear and a few small holes.  See photos.
