This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete. Pattern for men's bias neckties. Designed to fit a printed quarter block panel of necktie silk.  Interlined, preferably with camel's hair.
One size
Complete with all pieces and instructions.  Envelope seams have come apart.
