Vintage (1972) Pre-Owned Condition.  It is a little faded, and you can see the layering of the text decoupage on top of the main image.  But it is ADORABLE!  It is dated with an inscription on the back, "I wove you, Daddy."  It has a wire loop that can be used for hanging (wire loop is rusty).  Please see photos of exact item for sale.
