Vintage Simplicity Pattern 5029 Men's Proportioned Shirt 14 1/2" Neck Uncut

Vintage 1964 Simplicity Pattern #5029, Men's proportioned shirt with sleeve lengths from 32" to 36" sleeves. Sized for perfect fit short 5'6" and under 5'7" to 5'10" tall 5'11" and over. Please see close up picture for complete size measurements.
Pattern is uncut in great condition includes instruction sheet. Envelope is open-not sealed has light shelf storage wear that include turned slightly darker a few spots wrinkles creases rips-tears along edges.
