Vega Vox III tenor banjo believed to have been manufactured around 1928.
This is a gem from the golden age of banjos, combining gorgeous looks with practicality.
The original fret position seems to have been loose and has been repaired to correct the fret position by filling in the grooves.
A very practical vintage piece that has been very costly and time consuming!
There are no repair marks other than a few marks from the above work, and it does not show much signs of use.
This is one of the beautiful condition.
