A McCalls 4641…a Fashion Basics Mens Shirts Vintage Sewing Pattern in Size Neck 15 ½ inches, Chest 40 inches.
The pattern is uncut and in original folds.  The instructions are there.  The envelope is in excellent vintage condition with tanning, tears, and wear.  The envelope flap is still attached.  Copyright 1989.
