    Unheated, unfiltered, nothing removed.
    Naturally crystallized, always kept under 108 degrees to preserve 100% of its enzymes.

    Wildflower
    honey
    may vary in color, and taste, and texture, depending on the time of the year it is collected, the floral sources available to the bees, and the length of time it is stored before it is bottled.
    Spring honey is usually light colored and will not crystallize quickly.
    Fall honey is usually darker and crystallizes quickly.
    Please note that the wildflower source currently available is  Regional Golden Rod, which has a darker yellow-brown color and a stronger, delightful taste.

    honey comes from bees working in Florida.
    It has a delicate citrus taste that pairs well with tea and lemonade.
    A perfect addition to any English tea party or a cold, refreshing glass of lemonade on hot summer days.
    Stockin's
    Buckwheat
    honey comes from suppliers in Washington State, and over the years have been pleased with the flavor and consistency of it.
    This dark honey is high in anti-oxidants.
    It is a kind of honey very hard to find.
    Stockin's
    Alfalfa
    honey comes from beekeepers in Saskatchewan, Canada, and have a consistent flavor and texture. This a 100% Canadian honey.
    HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HONEY
    Honey is best stored in a warm place. Room temperature is good. Do not store the honey in the refrigerator.
