All our items are shipped out from our warehouse located in Ontario, CA, via FedEx Ground or USPS first class shipping services.
Mandarin Duck offers returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days from receipt of the item(s).
A full refund* will be issued after receiving the item in our warehouse in good condition.
*: Bows and arrows will not be able to be restocked after being assembled and used, so please make sure the items are unused, and the box is unopened if you need to return them. Otherwise, a processing fee might be charged. So we highly recommend you get in touch with us for customer support first before you request a return and ship the item back to us.
Note
The bow is shipped with riser/limbs/string taken down. Please assemble them by yourself after you receive the parcel.
We highly recommend using a bowstringer to attach the string, especially for those bows with the higher draw weight.
