    From late May to mid August our bees scour the north lakes in search of the perfect blend of local nectar to brew their honey. From the light biting zing of spring raspberry bushes, mixed with the dense sweetness of local flowers, hinted with a bite from the hardwood nectar along the waters edge. This medley of nectar comes to us with a delicious sweetly packed honey hinted with a subtle flavor of the lakes area that keeps us craving more.
