It's a Columbia Men's Book featuring patterns and instruction for men's clothing, Volume 118, published in 1950, stated first edition. Magazine format. Credited on the cover to James Lees and Sons in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania. Measures about 8 1/2 by 11 inches. 49 numbered pages. Nice vintage booklet
