Making sure the honey is uncooked and unfiltered helps maintain the purity of the honey. We can guaranty the purity of our raw honey because we own our hives and package our own honey. We are one of the very few producer packer apiaries left in the United States. It is all produced in the high mountain areas of Idaho, Montana and Western Wyoming. We take our raw honey through a traditional, hands-on and time-tested creaming process - creating a decadent, creamy honey while retaining the richness in nutrients and healthful benefits.
