This listing is for a vintage S. S. Stewart Universal Favorite #1 Model 5 String Banjo (1892), made in Philadelphia, serial number #9405, natural finish, metal spun over rim, cherrywood neck and ebony wood fingerboard.
Well preserved for its age and little wear to hardware. One celluloid peg have been replaced.
The neck is in excellent shape. Very straight and playable with Nylgut strings, which it will come with.
Hard shell case, picks and sliders are also included, as shown in photo. Plays beautifully.
Overall, this banjo is in Excellent + Condition. No international shipping, please.
