This is the exhaust manifold cover and inner baffle plate from a 1994 Mercury 100 HP outboard motor.
It is Merc part # 44325A1 same as 44325-c3, 44325, and 44324c1.
They fit 80/100/115/125 HP 4-cylinder motors from 1988-1999. There is no corrosion or cracks and everything is in very good condition.
