    This is fresh Ohio honey that we sell on our farm. We have a fourth generation family farm that we are turning into a bee preserve. Etsy sales benefit the bee preserve!
    Our pepper honey is infused with all-natural locally grown peppers that are dried and then allowed to sit in the honey until the pepper flavor is infused into the honey. Then the peppers are strained out, leaving a spicy sweet honey that is great for dipping or marinading or anything really! I like to drizzle it over cream cheese on a bagel. This version is our mild pepper honey, made from sweet and medium Hungarian peppers.
