    Description

    I recently purchased a small lot of guitars from a woman who closed her pawn shop 20 years ago, now she was ready to sell.
    This guitar is difficult to identify... I cannot find another example online.
    1. Serial Number 20267-661 ( I think this translates to 1977), this is confirmed by unique tailpiece for this year.
    2. Guitar has a 5 ply tone ring. I looked inside for markings, but could find none. Possible this was built in Bulgaria, but it feels German to me.
    3. Weight 8lb 6oz - Hefty and a good intermediate grade banjo.
    4. Instrument would benefit from a good cleaning.
    5. 23" Scale
    NOTE: I restrung the instrument with electric guitar strings (10's). Installed a strap button (Heel of neck) in existing hole, flattened out the neck a bit. (truss rod is working) Also, to improve the action, I have installed a new bridge (3mm lower).
