    Simple-To-Sew men's Jiffy shirt pattern by Simplicity 6368 from 1974 for top stitched shirt with front button closing, collar, short sleeves, pocket and side slits.
    Size Men's Medium, chest 38 - 40, neck 15 - 15½.
    Pattern is uncut and in factory folds. Envelope has a scuff to front and some corner wear.
    All sewing patterns and items that I list are original and individually inspected, with condition and completeness carefully noted. Sewing patterns include instruction sheet and yardage chart, unless stated differently above.
