1970's Parts Banjo Resonantor with Gold Tone SMP+ magnetic pickup

Description

This is a parts banjo from the 1970's originally owned by Wayne Erbsen. I am the second owner of this banjo. Most of these parts are five star parts. The neck was built by Wayne himself and he did the inlays as well. With the exception of one tuning peg and the bridge, every other part is original. All these parts were from sometime in the 70's. Some of the parts came from Sullivan's in Louisville. Upon acquiring this banjo, I had Donnie Little from NC do the setup on this. Listed below is some more info and a couple of links for you to listen to how it sounds. Banjo is still in good condition.
- Has railroad spikes on the 7th & 9th Fret
- Has a Snuffy Smith 5/8 Standard space bridge on it (I still own the original bridge made for it and will include it)
- Has wear on the back and the neck but still plays fine. It's been used heavily for shows/gigs.
- The D string tuning peg was replaced 2 years ago. I do not know the manufacturer of the peg (part not original).
- The 2nd string tuning peg is starting to experience some difficulty turning.
