Simplicity 4981 pattern from 1954 for men's sport shirt with collar, front buttoned pocket(s), side slits, long or short sleeves.
Size Men's Small, chest 34 - 36, neck 14 - 14½.
Pattern has been cut with pinking shear, is complete and in very good condition.
Envelope has edge wear and a few tears.
All sewing patterns and items that I list are original and individually inspected, with condition and completeness carefully noted. Sewing patterns include instruction sheet and yardage chart, unless stated differently above.
